Engagements are fixed monthly retainers based on the days per week involved, not hourly billing. There is no equity component, no recruitment fee, no benefits and no notice period. See the pricing page for current bands.

Usually within a week. We run a free execution audit first, agree scope, and typically begin with your next sprint. There is no hiring loop to wait through.

A 30-minute call. You describe what you are building and where delivery hurts; we ask specific questions about planning, scope and release cadence. You leave with at least one concrete change you can make immediately, whether or not you hire us.

No. We add the delivery layer most teams are missing. Your engineers keep building — we remove the ambiguity, blockers and rework that slow them down.

We are remote-first and work with clients across US, UK, EU and APAC time zones, with overlap hours agreed at the start of the engagement.

Engagements run month to month after an initial period long enough to be useful — typically three months, since stabilising delivery and proving it takes at least that. You can cancel with 30 days notice.

That works. Some engagements are scoped to a single critical release or a specific problem such as a technical due diligence. We will say so if a short engagement is the right answer.

We agree the measures at the start. Usually a mix of delivery predictability (committed versus delivered), cycle time, rework rate and stakeholder confidence. If those are not moving, the engagement is not working.
